Mental health is a state of well-being in which you realize your own potential, can cope productively and are able to make a contribution to your community. Mental health and well-being contribute to our quality of life and to our ability to enjoy life. Good mental health is associated with better physical health, employment, and rich social relationships.
At Community Mental Health and Adult Services we have a team of counsellors to work with you to address your mental health concerns. We provide services at three locations:
- Frame Lake Community Health Clinic
- Yellowknife Primary Care Centre
- Jan Stirling Building – Side Entrance off of 47th Street
Please call reception at 767-9110 with any questions.
